Annette, Cecile, Emilie, Marie, and Yvonne DIONNE were born on 28 May 1934, the first quintuplets to survive more than a few days. Three are still living in 2006. We have half a dozen or more connections with them through the Morneau, Cloutier, Caron, Grenier, Fortin, and other families, mostly ancestors of Marie Eva Jean Martin. The chart below shows only the Morneau relationship, as that appears to be the closest: the common ancestors are Jean-François Morneau (born 1682) and Angélique Bernier (born 1695); they were married in 1713. Their daughter Marie-Angélique (1714) is our ancestor; her brother Jean-François (1716) is the Dionne ancestor.

2. Marie-Marthe MORNEAU was born circa 1765. She married Antoine DIONNE, son of Antoine DIONNE and Marie-Louise CARON, on 15 Nov 1784 St-Roch-des-Aulnaies.

3. Antoine-Lucien DIONNE was born circa 1787. He married Elisabeth CHARPENTIER, daughter of Marc CHARPENTIER and Marguerite SENNEVILLE, on 21 Sep 1812 St-Antoine de la Baie du Febvre.

4. Joseph DIONNE was born circa 1813. He married Marguerite COURCHESNE on 10 Feb 1834 St-Antoine de la Baie du Febvre.

5. Joseph DIONNE was born circa 1839. He married Henriette BOISVERT, daughter of Charles BOISVERT and Henriette RICHMON, on 24 Nov 1863 L'Avenir.

6. Olivier DIONNE was born circa 1869. He married Rosalie COUTURE on 3 Apr 1893 Biddeford.

7. Olivier DIONNE was born circa 1900. He married Elzire LEGROS on 15 Sep 1925 Corbeil.
